Franchise Bidding Support
Bidding for rail franchises in the UK and abroad requires short-term input by experts, to cover the bidding and initial implementation phases. With a bid success rate of over 50%, our input has ranged from responsibility for entire sections of bids, through brainstorming, bid editing and preparation, and operational research for retailing, to data collection on performance and accessibility issues. We are not aligned with any particular major operating group and have supported many of them over the years, but of course are used to working confidentially for all our clients.
